Welcome to Ace, where we specialise in lymphatic drainage remedial massage, a gentle and effective therapy designed to support your overall health and well-being. Our skilled therapists are dedicated to providing personalised care to help you achieve optimal physical and emotional balance.

What is Lymphatic Drainage Remedial Massage?

Lymphatic drainage massage is a specialised technique that aims to stimulate the lymphatic system, which plays a crucial role in immune function and detoxification. Using gentle, rhythmic movements, this therapy promotes the flow of lymph fluid throughout the body, helping to eliminate toxins, reduce fluid retention, and improve circulation. It is beneficial for anyone looking to enhance their wellness and support their body's natural healing processes.

Benefits of Lymphatic Drainage Remedial Massage:

  • Detoxification: Helps the body remove waste and toxins more effectively.
  • Reduces Swelling: Alleviates fluid retention and oedema.
  • Improves Circulation: Enhances blood flow and nutrient delivery to tissues.
  • Supports Immune Function: Boosts the body's natural defense system.
  • Relieves Stress: Promotes relaxation and reduces muscle tension.

MEET Dani Duchesne.

Dani has over 10 years of experience working as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor before training as a Remedial Therapist, and has been fortunate enough to experience life in different cultures and cities over this time. She still teaches fitness classes and works part time as a fitness lecturer at TAFE alongside her Remedial work.

She is deeply passionate about the necessity of movement and exercise for everyone, and believes recovery, Remedial Massage and associated modalities are imperative if we want to live and move to the fullest. Her Remedial sessions have a functional approach and focus on deep tissue, trigger pointing, dry needling and functional cupping.

When she isn’t teaching or massaging, Dani stays active daily training for hikes and strength training, and sometimes DJ's at bars and events around Perth.

MEET iresh ramlochun.

I have a strong interest in Combat Sports and Strength & Conditioning, which drives me to help people move efficiently and optimise their recovery through sports massage, effective stretching, and joint mobilisation techniques. Having worked with AFL athletes (NBFC) over the course of my Diploma, I pride myself on my ability to adapt to different sports and provide a tailored approach.

I am particularly fascinated by pain neuroscience and the treatment of chronic pain conditions. Inspired by chronic pain sufferers in my life, I am dedicated to continually further my knowledge in this area. I believe the best way to treat chronic pain is to thoroughly understand someone’s condition and the unique story it tells.
