NDIS & disability nutrition

Personalised nutrition support to improve health, independence and quality of life.

Good nutrition plays an important role in overall health, independence and wellbeing. For people living with disability, nutrition support can help improve energy levels, manage medical conditions, support daily living and work towards individual NDIS goals.

At Ace Health & Performance, we provide personalised, evidence-based nutrition support tailored to each participant's unique needs, abilities and goals. We work collaboratively with participants, families, carers, support coordinators and the wider healthcare team to deliver practical nutrition strategies that can be implemented in everyday life.

Whether you're self-managed, plan-managed or NDIA-managed, we're here to help you achieve meaningful and sustainable outcomes.

MEET iresh ramlochun.

I have a strong interest in Combat Sports and Strength & Conditioning, which drives me to help people move efficiently and optimise their recovery through sports massage, effective stretching, and joint mobilisation techniques. Having worked with AFL athletes (NBFC) over the course of my Diploma, I pride myself on my ability to adapt to different sports and provide a tailored approach.

I am particularly fascinated by pain neuroscience and the treatment of chronic pain conditions. Inspired by chronic pain sufferers in my life, I am dedicated to continually further my knowledge in this area. I believe the best way to treat chronic pain is to thoroughly understand someone’s condition and the unique story it tells.
