Performance Nutrition

Fuel your body. Maximise your performance.

Whether you're preparing for competition, chasing a personal best, building strength in the gym or simply wanting to feel stronger and recover faster, nutrition is one of the most powerful tools to improve performance.

At Ace Health & Performance, we provide personalised, evidence-based sports nutrition to help athletes and active individuals get the most from their training. Rather than relying on generic advice or the latest trends, we develop practical nutrition strategies tailored to your goals, training demands and lifestyle.

No matter your experience level, the right nutrition can help you train harder, recover faster and perform with confidence.

Every athlete has different nutrition requirements depending on their sport, training schedule, body composition goals and competition calendar.

We provide practical, individualised advice to help you:
  • Fuel training sessions effectively
  • Improve recovery between sessions
  • Build or maintain lean muscle mass
  • Optimise body composition
  • Maintain energy availability
  • Improve hydration strategies
  • Reduce gastrointestinal discomfort during exercise
  • Develop competition day nutrition plans
  • Navigate travel and tournament nutrition
  • Make informed decisions about supplements
  • Build sustainable eating habits that support long-term performance

Our approach focuses on real food, practical strategies and evidence-based recommendations that fit your lifestyle.

MEET iresh ramlochun.

I have a strong interest in Combat Sports and Strength & Conditioning, which drives me to help people move efficiently and optimise their recovery through sports massage, effective stretching, and joint mobilisation techniques. Having worked with AFL athletes (NBFC) over the course of my Diploma, I pride myself on my ability to adapt to different sports and provide a tailored approach.

I am particularly fascinated by pain neuroscience and the treatment of chronic pain conditions. Inspired by chronic pain sufferers in my life, I am dedicated to continually further my knowledge in this area. I believe the best way to treat chronic pain is to thoroughly understand someone’s condition and the unique story it tells.
