Women's health

Supporting your health through every stage of life.

Women's nutrition needs change throughout life. From adolescence and reproductive years to pregnancy, postpartum and menopause, nutrition plays an important role in supporting energy levels, hormonal health, bone health and overall wellbeing.

At Ace Health & Performance, we provide personalised, evidence-based nutrition advice tailored to your individual goals, lifestyle and stage of life. Whether you're managing a diagnosed condition or simply wanting to feel your best, we'll work with you to develop practical strategies that support your long-term health.

Nutrition can influence many aspects of women's health, but there's no one-size-fits-all approach.

We provide realistic, evidence-based advice to help you:
  • Meet your changing nutritional needs
  • Improve energy levels
  • Support hormonal health
  • Optimise fertility and pregnancy nutrition
  • Maintain muscle and bone health
  • Manage nutrition-related symptoms
  • Improve body composition
  • Build sustainable eating habits
  • Feel confident in your food choices

Our focus is on long-term health—not restrictive diets or unrealistic nutrition rules.

MEET iresh ramlochun.

I have a strong interest in Combat Sports and Strength & Conditioning, which drives me to help people move efficiently and optimise their recovery through sports massage, effective stretching, and joint mobilisation techniques. Having worked with AFL athletes (NBFC) over the course of my Diploma, I pride myself on my ability to adapt to different sports and provide a tailored approach.

I am particularly fascinated by pain neuroscience and the treatment of chronic pain conditions. Inspired by chronic pain sufferers in my life, I am dedicated to continually further my knowledge in this area. I believe the best way to treat chronic pain is to thoroughly understand someone’s condition and the unique story it tells.
